Dave Carroll
Lead Pastor
Dave and Amy Carroll came to the Upstate from South Florida in the winter of 2022. The Carrolls have been married 24 years and are the proud owners of four boys, two in college and two in middle school. The entire family loves serving Jesus through the local church. In vocational ministry since their college days, they have invested in helping people far from God come to know Jesus in Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Ohio, Montana and now South Carolina.
Dave brings passion, a heart to develop others and a focus on being effective. He has a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with experience coaching, writing resources, and developing leaders. Amy loves connecting with and helping people grow. She learned to love ministry as a missionary kid in Africa in her elementary years.
The Carrolls are rabid Miami Hurricane fans, love music, fishing and sports in general. Dave is a fan all sports teams in Miami, where he grew up fishing in the Everglades, snorkeling on reefs and water skiing in Biscayne Bay.

Worship & Associate Pastor
Gage & Janae joined Impact in June of 2021 when they moved from Kentucky right out of college. Gage's desire is to see transformation occur in the next generation and the entire congregation through engaging worship moments. Gage is your typical Gen Z Pastor who wears skinny jeans and loves coffee.
Kermit Morris
Pastor of Leadership and Senior Adults
Kermit and Henrietta have come back to Impact after helping another church to gospel impact the past few years! Kermit brings a wealth of wisdom to our pastoral leadership team. In addition to Impact, he loves producing his podcast, "Out of the Box with Kermit Morris", that is available anywhere you listen to podcasts. Together, this couple has a great blend of personal discipleship and church-wide leadership to help you live life according to God's purposes.
Nicole Kelly
Kids Minister/Office Administrator
Nicole joined Impact in 2018. She is married to Jeff Kelly and has two wonderful kids, Makayla and Mason. Nicole loves any child she meets! She creates a wonderful environment for kids to learn about Jesus and have fun doing it!
